Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 August 2026
ChirayuGCC (Bangalore and Pune, India) operates this website at chirayugcc.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to handling your data transparently, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP) in India and, where it applies to visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, callback or gated download form we collect the information you provide, including name, designation, company, work email, phone number with international dialling code, country, intended Indian city, Global Capability Centre (GCC) scope, planned headcount, target go live, decision stage, engagement model, budget band, talent and technology preferences, and your message.
When you visit any page we automatically collect technical context: internet protocol (IP) address, user agent, browser name and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution and viewport, language, timezone, approximate geolocation (country, region and city) derived from the IP address, referrer URL, landing page, current page URL and title, session start time, time spent on the page, and UTM, gclid and fbclid query parameters.
We also compute an internal qualification score from the details you submit. It is used only to prioritise our response and is never shared outside our team.
2. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a tailored GCC proposal or location note, follow up through your preferred channel, improve the site and its planning tools, and comply with applicable law.
3. Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give at the form and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Sharing and sub processors
Your enquiry is stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase, hosted in the AWS Mumbai region) and delivered to our team mailbox through Resend, our transactional email provider. Approximate geolocation is derived from your IP address using ipapi.co. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertising networks. We may disclose data to professional advisors or to government authorities where legally required.
5. International transfers
Enquiry records are stored in India. Where a sub processor handles data outside your country, transfers are covered by that provider's standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for 36 months from the date of last contact. Technical logs are retained for 12 months. Data is deleted or anonymised after those periods unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or a copy of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by contacting us through any form on this site. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. In India you may raise a grievance with the Data Protection Board.
8. Security
Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS. Enquiry records sit behind row level security in our managed database. Access to our enquiry mailbox is restricted and protected by multi factor authentication. Server side functions are rate limited and validate every submission.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use essential session storage to measure how long a visitor spends on a page before submitting a form, and to remember your cookie consent choice. We do not run third party advertising cookies and we do not build cross site profiles.
10. Automated decision making
We do not carry out automated decision making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. The internal qualification score only orders our follow up queue and every enquiry is reviewed by a person.
11. Children
This site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 18.
12. Updates
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the current version.
13. Contact and grievance officer
For privacy queries or to exercise your rights, please use any enquiry form on this site or call +91 9108246387. Our grievance officer responds to data protection requests within the statutory timelines.
